About
The Office of the Circuit Executive (OCE) was created by law to provide professional administrative staffing to circuit councils. The OCE provides administrative support to the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit and its various committees. It also provides direct services to all 64 judicial court units in the circuit.
Mission
The OCE helps the Judicial Council and courts of the Ninth Circuit carry out their work while promoting public trust in the administration of justice. Its work includes:

identifying needs and conducting studies

developing policies and best practices

providing training, human resources, and public information support

managing building and technology projects

advising on legal, procedural, and ethical matters
